Built in 1836, it consists of a main body with two floors more attic and another long body, leaned against the sun-rising, originally with an agricultural use function The villa is directly on the way; it has symmetrical tripartite appearance, with openings arranged in irregular distances and the main entrance is raised on two stone steps. The ground floor is instead characterized by the presence of a false ashlar constituted of a basement and sizes of blocks which are in increasingly sloping height, up to end with a molded linear frame.
