Folgaria nel Friuli | Cornino Lake

A small jewel of crystal clear water, Lake Cornino was formed 10,000 years ago. Its waters, fed by underground springs, are exceptionally transparent and maintain a constant temperature throughout the year. Despite its small size, the lake is a unique ecosystem that is home to the rare river crayfish.
