Noventa di Piave | Church of San Mauro

The parish church of San Mauro is a historic site, whose presence has been documented since the 7th century. First mentioned in 1152, its structure was enlarged between 1582 and 1593 and consecrated in 1610.
The church was almost completely destroyed during the First World War, as it was located on the Piave front line in 1917. Reconstruction began in 1921, resulting in the church we can admire today.
