Piazzola sul Brenta | Contarini's family venetian villa

A magnificent palace built on the ruins of a medieval castle and transformed in the 17th century into a sumptuous “theater” by Prosecutor Marco Contarini. After its nineteenth-century restoration in eclectic style by the Camerini family and its rescue in the last century by Prof. G.E. Ghirardi, today the Villa is an artistic gem managed by the Ghirardi Foundation, located a short distance from Padua and Vicenza.
